We are card players of a game my grandfather taught me many years ago. It takes two decks for 3-4 players, and then we add decks as needed with more players. It's called Push Rummy, and is similar to Phase 10. (And yes I use the card holders, although I prefer the Sloped Holder because it gives me 4 rows to sort my cards with.) Another game we play, learned from Bryan's family, is Greedy, Greedy!, similar to Farkle, played with dice. My point in this is a scoring device that a friend of ours designed that can be applied to many games that you score points with, without the need of paper and pencil. The app is Score-O-Tron, available for IPads & IPhones, only .99 for the app. It even has built-in dice rollers, so if you forgot your dice or don't have the number needed, no problem. We haven't tried playing Yahtzee with it, but I wonder if it would work as well. Let me know if you try it. Have fun and "Score On" with Score-O-Tron! (Thanks Sean.)
